On the top floors of our typical Amsterdam building, located close by the Albert Cuyp market & the Museum Plein in the trendy Pijp-area, we have created two lovely, large and sunny rooms. The building has just been completely renovated, where historical details have been preserved. As we have just two rooms, you have total privacy and a personal atmosphere. The rooms are big and luxuriously furnished, and offer comfort for the most demanding traveller, whether you would like to stay for a weekend or a month.




The 2 big Rooms

The two rooms are each on a different floor, with plenty of space as they are just over 25 square meters each. The rooms are located at the garden-site of the building, and both have a private toilet and bathroom. As both rooms are facing south, they are nice and sunny, and of course airconditioned more .....


The Balcony Room

The first room, located on the third floor, has two large terrace doors, opening to your private balcony. You can sit back and enjoy the sun, or just have a nice glass of wine from your full-sized personal in-room fridge. Or you can make your own early-morning coffee or tea from the in-room coffee- and tea making facilities more .....


The Top Room

Room number two is located on the fourth floor, and has the advantage of being adjacent to the dining area, which actually gives you a total floor available. Although room number two does not have a balcony, it has large double windows which you can fully open. This room also has a full-sized personal in-room fridge, and coffee- and tea making facilities more .....

The Dining Area On the fourth floor, there is a spacious dining area, where breakfast is available in the morning, and where you can also prepare your own dinner in the evening if you would like to. Here is also an internet computer for you to use, should you want to email home or look things up. If you've booked both rooms with friends, you can also use it as your living room.		The Location Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the New Pijp area, close to the Okura hotel, and between the Albert Cuyp Market and the Museum Plein. It's also the area between down-town and the newly develloped ZuidAs (where many large companies settle). Being originally an area where students used to live, nowadays it's one of the most wanted areas in town to live in. The Building It's one of the bigger buildings in the street we're at. On the 2nd floor, Herman Brood, a famous late artist, used to live for a while. This came apparent when all kind of 'war-colors' showed up while renovating the building, and in the stories the previous old tennants told us. The building is guarded with a CCTV system, and is equipped with the most modern locking and security systems. It is completely renovated with fire-safe materials, and the entire building is equipped with a closed-circuit fire alarm system. read more .....		Amsterdam & De Pijp area The Pijp area in Amsterdam is just south of down-town; it's the area between the Amsterdam canal and the museum quarter, and also, if you look at Amsterdam's map vertically, between down-town and the Rai. It's close to the newly developped Zuid As, where large financial and servicing companies take office. De Pijp is still at walking distance from down town though, and has plenty of facilities in the neighbourhood. Facilities Your room is equipped with all kind's of facilities, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is airconditioned, has a private toilet & bathroom with also a rain-shower, wi-fi internet, and has excellent beds. Furthermore you will find large flat screen TV, and satellite tv & radio.
